You want things delivered, you need a house number. Troll.
In the City of Waterloo, there is a bylaw requiring homeowners to have a clearly visible house number displayed on the property. Owen said his family has since ordered the numbers for their house.

The driver definitely shouldn't have done that, but the homeowner is overreacting. This did not need to be a news story.
Homeowner created the problem situation, then creating the conditions the driver would suffer for the homeowners choices. I don't have sympathy for the homeowner on this one.
