@BeAware revolt seems like the closest we have now. I especially wouldn't go to Guilded given their ownership/operation (if they're even still a thing).
Matrix is actually fairly close with text chats, especially with cinny on desktop as well. But revolt is definitely the closest UX to discord out there.
