What about a feature request like "optional last comment with reason for block" to help blocked users to understand and even improve?
Could be also a simple dropdown list with some generic reasons to pick from.
If I block because of illegal stuff, I would not take the time to deliver a reason. If it is because.of annoyance, I would so fair to share my reason.
