Yeah....then I don't remember a damn thing they said.😂@BeAware I worked with another ADHD person before (very long story, turned out to be a con artist) who rattled off instructions in a very long ramble and expected me to remember all of them.
And most of those things were half-baked and never followed-up on anyway. (I did eventually quit)
Write them all down or install a voice recorder app ffs, what is wrong with you?!I'll be lucky if I can keep two, maybe three things in my head for any length of time.
Shitty person, but the least self-aware ADHD person I've ever met.
