At work we run an app on an iPad in the ambulance. It had an automatic update on Monday.
It no longer connects to the host server. As seen in snapshot.
Do you think it's an App glitch?
Or, iPad settings/security glitch?
Thanks for any input.

All it means that it sent a message to the server, but took too long to get the response that it gave up. There's so many reasons why this could happen, unfortunately, including the server not receiving the message at all. First thing I would do is to see if I can visit a random website from iPad and then go to the server's website and see if it's up.

What kind of app is it?
Do you have a support contact with the app provider? -

Unfortunately, we can't access any other online services.
No Safari, etc.
I have the app running fine on my personal Android phone.

It's the company network that's blocking the app.
I put tablet on public WiFi and it works.

Do you have a support contact with the app provider? My bosses will have to deal with our IT team.
The app works fine on a public network.
The update from Monday must've broken the security access.
