The host says "The west says Russia is running out of gasoline and there are lines of cars at gas stations, but I've stood in so many traffic jams with all these cars on the road, it exposes that as a lie". He then follows up asking the guest "when did you realize Russia was draining NATO...when did you and your colleagues say 'hey, NATO isn't as tough as they thought they were'".
