Instance admins have programmatic access to this kind of data. They also have the power to shape the contributors to their instances to foster the community they want.

Oh, don't mistake my post for support for your downvoting. Its not exactly criticism either. Your downvoting doesn't really affect my life. The stats I posted are just facts. My goal was to offer evidence that would possibly explain the ban because its likely far more than just the 2 downvotes you cited so that others could form their own opinions.

You obviously disagree with that mods "serial downvoter" title. What, in your opinion, would qualify someone for the title of "serial downvoter"?
