I once stumbled upon a whole genre of videos of Brits being astonished at the physical size of the US.
These reminded me of those because to traverse the US in a VW bus would be a pretty slow and loud method to go a very long way.

Also I have a soft spot for those old VW camper vans as I had a great aunt and uncle who had one and I got to go on a trip with them in it when I was pretty small.

@CptSuperlative I always wanted to do that. But when I got a lift in one, just the once, I realised that they're comfortable when they're stationary.
