@garry Hi, in forty years, I have never observed (except for lithium in manic-depressive psychosis) a single drug that doesn’t pose problems in therapy within the field of mental health. Of course, the announcements are always the same, promising a reduction of side effects while retaining only the beneficial ones, but unfortunately, I cannot testify in favor of this, as I have never seen it. I wonder if I’m the only one in this situation?
