@BeAware I think this is why I’m safely placed at the library front desk…. It comes in handy at a surface level. That said, the existential despair over not really having a “career” or a single in-depth expertise at something hurts. I’m 50 and still haven’t found my purpose.

@Pomegranatepirate damn...I totally feel that as well, friend. I'm not as old as you, but it still sucks to not have found something I want to be an expert at.

@BeAware I do believe we are the glue for something though…. Along the lines of invisible labor… but more like emotional support mascot humans for the good of the all, kind of thing. We are needed!
