      The driver was evaluated on scene and determined not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI).

      How do you even manage to do something like this without being under the influence? I guess it could have been an old person or someone having a medical emergency, but you'd think they would mention in the article if it were the latter.

          I recently saw someone drive through the side of Taco Bell -- shifted into drive instead of reverse when leaving the parking lot.
