    Most laws define their words, and they're going to define them however they want, and they will include forums as social media. Laws are written to have an effect, usually to regulate communication between people. That's what social media facilitates

    steam and the proton compatibility layer are going to kill windows gaming, so all that will be left are enterprise customers..... which is still tons of money, but its the end of mindshare in the young gamers. When MS pulled out of mobile phones, they gave up their future, they just haven't realized it yet.
