I deleted my ebay account yesterday.

    I deleted my ebay account yesterday.

    I had forgotten that I had one because the totality of my account history was making one bid on one item and being outbid at the last second.

    That's when I had a vague recollection of seeing something about that being the way these things are done.

    TBH, I don't know why I didn't delete at that time.

    There are experiences that show me, like a bright neon light, how I am different and ebay is one of them, Las Vegas is another.

    There is absolutely nothing I want badly enough to competitively bid for it. Likewise, there is no amount of money however small that I want to gamble.

    That other people enjoy these things is baffling.

      @CptSuperlative I've been using eBay on and off for years and didn't even know that bidding is still a thing.
