I came across this "honesty cabin" in Inchree just before Christmas. I'm guessing it had something like eggs, jams or cakes inside. I wish I had looked inside, but, didn't because I had Gruoch.
It was an unusual shape, more like a sentry box. The honesty cabin also seemed to be protected by a CCTV camera. Maybe the folk in Inchree aren't that honest.
I was back in the area last week. The honesty cabin had gone. Now I'll never know the contents.

Honesty cabins, and the like, are quite common in the Highlands. Most often the honesty constructions are just plastic boxes. The more enterprising ones are often larger constructions like the honesty cabin.
They usually contain produce like vegetables and eggs or homemade items like jam and cakes. They are usually situated at the end of people's driveways, near a main road.
People passing, buy the goods, and leave the right money in an "honest" manner.

@fitheach I've seen a few in Hampshire and Dorset. Mostly home-made jam, eggs, vegetables, as you say.
