@aemarielle j'écris avec mon stylo plume du lycée. Comme je comprends ce petit rituel. J'ai même acheté de très jolis carnets pour tenter le même rituel.Sauf que je trouve toujours que c'est mal écrit, que je gaspille du joli papier...Bref, je vous envie un peu de pouvoir avoir ce rituel dont je sais qu'il est bon pour la santé mentale
